There are no dumb questions when it comes to knowing your options + when you feel deflated, you need to know you can do this + you don’t have to do it alone! Answers + reassurance are just a phone call, text or email away.

I’ll assist you in identifying + writing out your goals + desired outcomes. Together, we can create a plan of action toward fulfilling your journey through pregnancy + birth.

Your journey is about you. I will give you space to make your own decisions + encourage you every step of the way, in any capacity I can!
The Full Experience Birth Doula Package
$1000
This support package includes:
- Up to two prenatal visits to discuss your birth preferences, needs, and desires (90 mins each)
- Private customized childbirth class for you and your birth partner (up to 3 hours)
- Assistance in creating your birth plan and postpartum plan
- Unlimited call, text, or email from the date of hire until two weeks postpartum
- Unwavering emotional and mental support during pregnancy and birth
- On-call 24/7 from 37 weeks gestation until you give birth
- Partner inclusion and coaching
- Liaison with medical staff, family, and others
- Suggestions for comfort measures, relaxation strategies, and progression
- Physical support during birth including massages and position changes
- Up to two-hour postpartum support and/or lactation support for initial breastfeeding establishment
- Two home visits to reflect on the birth experience and assist with newborn care (60-90 min)
- 20% off additional postpartum services
The Basic Birth Doula Package
$850
This support package includes:
- One prenatal visit to discuss your birth preferences, needs, and desires (90 mins each)
- Assistance in creating your birth plan and postpartum plan
- Unlimited call, text, or email from the date of hire until two weeks postpartum
- Unwavering emotional and mental support during pregnancy and birth
- On-call 24/7 from 37 weeks gestation until you give birth
- Partner inclusion and coaching
- Liaison with medical staff, family, and others
- Suggestions for comfort measures, relaxation strategies, and progression
- Physical support during birth including massages and position changes
- Up to two-hour postpartum support and/or lactation support for initial breastfeeding establishment
- One home visit within the first week postpartum to reflect on the birth experience and assist with newborn care (60-90 min)
- 10% off additional postpartum services
Virtual Birth Doula Support Package
$850
- One (1) prenatal video chat to discuss your birth preferences, needs, and desires (up to 90 mins)
- Birth education as needed to help you make informed decisions
- Unlimited text and email from the date of hire until 1 week postpartum
- Assistance in creating your birth plan and postpartum plan
- Provide suggestions for comfort measures, relaxation strategies, and progression
- Partner inclusion and coaching
- Questions during labor? I will be on-call for non-physical birth support and coaching
