Whether you are trying to conceive (TTC), are overwhelmed with information and need decision making support, or want to sort out your emotions while waiting for results or after a loss, know this: you don’t have to do this alone.
Birth Doula
Pregnancy and birth are very unique: none are the same! Creating the experience you want starts with knowing your options and having the support you need. I will give you space to make your own decisions and encourage you every step of the way!
Postpartum Doula
And so it begins: parenthood. There isn’t a break in between giving birth and parenting – it all just happens in a flash. You’re not expected to know how to do everything all the time! Let me help you calm your fears and anxieties when it comes to parenting your newborn so that you can confidently make decisions in your new role as caregiver.
